An easy method to put Secuderm® and WatearProof® on and off
Secuderm® and WatEarProof® are very easy to apply. It only takes 3 minutes to put on the waterproof protection. The application is done in 4 steps:
- Apply the gel around the area to be protected.- Wait 1 minute for the gel to set. During this time, prepare the protective film by making small cuts.- Apply the film.- The waterproof barrier is created. You can now go underwater. Removing the waterproof protection is very easy and painless. There is no residue if the film has been applied for at least 45 minutes.
In case of residues, you can use any adhesive remover solution or spray designed for tape removal. You can also use gauze soaked in 90% alcohol. Gently apply the gauze to the area with the gel and rub delicately to remove any residue. Be careful not to apply the gauze to mucous membranes. Always read the label and follow the instructions.
